How it works
From a pile of CVs to a shortlist, in four steps.
-
01
Screen every CV.
Ryuc reads every CV against the job description and its must-haves.
Each person gets a score, the evidence for every must-have, and a suggestion: shortlist, maybe or reject. You confirm or change it with one click, and your reason is kept.
-
02
Interview by voice, at any hour.
Every shortlisted candidate gets a link and a 15-minute voice interview.
Ryuc asks about the role and their CV, then follows up when an answer is vague. Candidates can answer by voice or type in the chat, on a phone or a laptop, at 11 pm if that suits them.
-
03
Score and check every answer.
A scorecard lands within a minute of the call ending.
You get a score against your rubric, strengths, concerns, the questions asked and a one-line summary of each answer. If an answer looks pasted or read out, Ryuc marks it for review. It never rejects anyone on its own.
