How Ryuc handles data.
What we store, where it lives, who can see it, and what the AI is allowed to decide.
Consent first.
Before an interview starts, candidates see who is interviewing them, that the interviewer is AI, that the conversation is transcribed, and that it may be observed by the hiring team. They agree before anything is recorded.
What we store.
- Candidate details your team adds or uploads, and the text of their CV.
- Interview transcripts, scores and review notes.
- Your team's decisions and notes, with who made them and when.
Your team can delete interviews from its workspace at any time.
What stays with you.
Audio recordings are made in your team's browser and saved to your computer, not to our servers. Candidates' cameras never leave their device.
Who can see it.
Each agency's or company's workspace is kept separate, and every request is limited to that workspace. Your team sees only your data.
The AI's job.
Ryuc scores against your rubric and suggests a decision. It never rejects or moves a candidate on its own. Answer-authenticity notes are for review only and are never part of the score. We don't use your candidates' data to train models.
Service providers.
Ryuc runs on Cloudflare. Voice calls run on LiveKit, and speech recognition, the interviewer's voice and scoring use AI models accessed through OpenRouter. We send them interview data only to run the interview and the scoring.
Requests about data.
The agency or company that invited a candidate decides why their data is collected, and Ryuc processes it on their behalf. Candidates should contact that team first. To reach us, use the contact link.
